Version Difference

The Filter and ESP versions differ primarily in the geometry of the triangular cutting zone and the depth of the exit channels. The Filter version features a slightly larger triangular grinding zone and shallower exit channels, which promotes a more gradual particle size reduction and helps produce a cleaner, more transparent cup profile suited for filter brewing. The ESP version uses a more compact triangular zone combined with deeper exit channels. This geometry increases grinding efficiency and supports finer particle control, making it better suited for espresso extraction where higher resistance and precise grind size are required.
