HyperBurrs

Have used the 78mm hyperburrs for both filter and espresso for over a week now and I can say that for me it was definitely worth the upgrade. The clarify from the coffee standards out and the fruit notes are clear and bright. The grind comes out even and consistent as there are noticible less fines. In my opinion it performing better for filter over the stock 78s burrs and offers a different flavour profile for espresso.

As the title suggests, compared to the stock burrs that come with the TIMEMORE 078S, this burr produces noticeably fewer fines, resulting in a clearer cup of coffee.
I think it’s a great product.
However, I have not tested it for espresso grinding, so I cannot comment on its performance for espresso.

Ordered the sweets 64mm after seeing a review about them fitting in eureka 65mm grinders such as single dose and xl. Had to shim with foil as they are shorter than the stock burrs but the flavor is excellent. Very happy with the espresso I’m getting from these burrs better clarity and sweetness then the stock diamond inside burrs. Highly recommend!

Grinds a bit slower than my previous burrs but the difference in flavor is huge.
I need to season them more but the shots are sweeter and mellow.

Espresso burrs made an immediate difference for my DF64 Gen 2, the shots come out so much cleaner and better.

4 Stars for the Filter burrs, as I didnt feel that much of difference with switching my Fellow Ode Gen 2 Burrs. But they still produce a nice cup of filter.
