Grinds a bit slower than my previous burrs but the difference in flavor is huge.
I need to season them more but the shots are sweeter and mellow.

Espresso burrs made an immediate difference for my DF64 Gen 2, the shots come out so much cleaner and better.

4 Stars for the Filter burrs, as I didnt feel that much of difference with switching my Fellow Ode Gen 2 Burrs. But they still produce a nice cup of filter.

Burrs Overall Feel: Very little fines in particle size distribution, clean overall, corresponds to a more concentrated milled stable powder particle size, high intensity of flavor concentration, outstanding sweetness.

This is suitable for medium and light roast, bright acidity, favoring espresso, SOE, good performance on milk coffee;
The performance of medium and dark roasted coffee beans is not very obvious, the overall bias towards espresso, with Lagoon P64, very little residual powder, good single grinding performance, you can change beans at will!
