Warranty Coverage (First Year)
LeBrew provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or negligence.
Repair and Replacement
If a defect occurs within the first year, we offer free repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects (excluding accessories). After the warranty period, we continue to provide repair services, though charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
How to Request a Warranty Claim
Contact us at service@lebrewtech.com with a description of the issue, photos or videos demonstrating the problem, and the product’s serial number (SN code) for verification.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide the next steps, including repair, replacement, or an assessment of repair costs.
Free warranty services apply only within the first year. Beyond this period, repair costs will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
