The burr thickness is only 7.89mm vs 8.50mm of the timemore. This adds up to 1.2mm less than the original overall thickness. The burrs do not achieve the touch at 0 as the burr carrier touches the grinder backplate. You cannot grind fine enough because of this. Adding a 0.6mm shim is also not possible, as the aluminum foil shim is only 0.1mm, and you need a thick shim. This adds a lot of gaps and fine grounds will accumulate. Looking for support from LeBrew to solve this issue.
